The Office Jim Pranks Dwight Phone
Which episode of “The Office” is that where Jim puts nickles in Dwight’s phone receiver?
I know that they talk about it in Season 2: Conflict Resolution, but i also remember seeing it. I want the episode where they show the prank. Please help, its driving me CRAZY! lol
That prank (which I laughed my ass off at) was never actually in an episode. The other Pranks went over in their meeting were, “Someone replaced all my pens and pencils with crayons,” “Everyone has called me Dwayne all day. I think Jim Halpert payed them to,” “This morning I found a bloody glove in my desk drawer and Jim Halpert tried to convince me I committed murder,” “Jim Halpert said there was an abandoned infant in the women’s room. When I went to save the child, I saw Meredith on the can,” “This morning, I knocked myself in the head with the phone,” “Every time I typed my name, it said ‘Diapers’,” and “By the end of the day, my desk was about two feet closer to the copier.”. You’ll find that none of these pranks were actually in episodes. They were either ideas for pranks that the writers decided not to use but pulled back for this purpose, entirely new ideas, or they were “placeholder jokes” (the writers come back to these to write a funnier joke later) that were trashed but kept as potential pranks, then used for this. Hope that helps 
If I’m wrong about this, I’m sorry, but I’ve watched every episode of The Office at least 10 times, and all the commentaries, deleted scenes, etc. and I do not remember this prank ever being acted out.
