You not need software to make an animated comic. Whatever the need is paper, a scanner and Photoshop. If you do not have photoshop and the pursuit a free country, here is the link. http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshopalbum/starter.html is a bad version of Photoshop, because all versions are good be paid.
